Ingredients
- 150g Wheat-free Mix
- 30g Oat flour
- 30g Almond flour
- 15-20ml honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 150ml water mix with 1 tbsp chia seed
- 1 tsp vanilla bean essence
- 3 bananas
- 3/4 cup blueberries
- salt
- Preheat oven to 200-230 degrees Celsius and line muffin tins with muffin papers.
- Place dry ingredients, except chia seed, in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients with soaked chia seed and banana and mix thoroughly.
- Fold in blueberries and fill muffin papers.
- Bake for 20-24 minutes or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
