Adzuki Bean Brownie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sprouted Adzuki bean
  • 1 cup oat
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1.5 tsp. cinnamon
  • 6-8 dates
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 2 tbsp. psyllium husk + 6 tbsp. water
  • salt
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup walnut 
  • 1/4 cup almond meal

Instructions

  1. Process dates, Adzuki beans, oats, bananas, walnuts and water in a food processor.
  2. Mix throughly with the rest of the ingredients (except for almond meal).
  3. Pour into a baking pan.
  4. Steam for 20-25 minutes covered until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Sprinkle with almond meal.
