Ingredients
- 1 cup garbanzo flour
- 1 cup oats flour
- 2 tbsp tapioca flour
- 2 cups plant milk ( almond, oats...)
- 2 eggs
- oil for pan
- salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and combine wet ingredients. Add the dry ingredients and mix throughly.
- Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium high heat. Scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe.
- Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side.
