Garbanzo Beans Crepe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup garbanzo flour
  • 1 cup oats flour
  • 2 tbsp tapioca flour
  • 2 cups plant milk ( almond, oats...)
  • 2 eggs
  • oil for pan
  • salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs and combine wet ingredients. Add the dry ingredients and mix throughly.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium high heat. Scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. 
  3. Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side.
