Ingredients
- 2 cups sprouted mug beans
- 1 cup oat
- 1/2 cup cashew
- 1/2 cup almond
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tbsp. psyllium husk + 6 tbsp. water
- salt
- 1 mashed bananas
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- figs and blueberries for topping
Instructions
- Process sprouted mung beans, oats, nuts in a food processor.
- Mix throughly with the rest of ingredients until a moist mixture forms.
- Pour into a baking pan.
- Decorate with figs (for extra sweetness) and blueberries.
- Bake in a 200-230 Celsius degree oven for 20-40 minutes until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
