Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups plant milk
- 1/2 cup almonds (soaked overnight)
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbs agar agar powder
- 2 tbs tapioca starch
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 2 large cloves garlic
- salt
- 1 mixed herbs ( pepper, paprika powder, spring onion, oregano etc)
- Add all the ingredients (except herbs) in blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan and gradually bring to the boil before reducing heat to a simmer.
- When the mixture becomes thick and creamy about 5 minutes, pour the mixture into a cheese moulds ( I use cake tins).
- Place the cheese moulds into the fridge for 30 minutes or until set.
- Add all the ingredients (except the coating mix) into the blender and blend until smooth.
- Remove cheese from moulds and carefully roll in the coating mix to coat the edges.
