Why not a high protein and fiber pizza?
Ingredients
- 1 cup red lentils
- 1 cup red lentil flour ( You can use oat flour too)
- 2 cups water
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt
- few fresh oregano leaves
- Process all ingredients in a food processor
- Preheat a pan over low-med heat. Pour batter into the pan and spread with the back of a spoon.
- Fry until top is dry. Flip and cook for a further 2 minutes until top is dry and cooked throughly.
- Preheat the oven to 180C
- Place the pizza crusts on baking sheet and top with sauce and toppings of your choice, and bake for about 10-15 minutes.
