Red Lentil Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 cup red lentils
  • 1 cup red lentil flour ( You can use oat flour too)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 clove of garlic 
  • salt
  • few fresh oregano leaves

  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor 
  2. Preheat a pan over low-med heat. Pour batter into the pan and spread with the back of a spoon.
  3. Fry until top is dry. Flip and cook for a further 2 minutes until top is dry and cooked throughly.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180C
  5. Place the pizza crusts on baking sheet and top with sauce and toppings of your choice, and bake for about 10-15 minutes.
