30 Mins/ 6 Wraps
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 cup all-prupose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp cold water
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Whisk together the oat flour, all-purpose flour and salt. Incorporate the water slowly until it is evenly distributed. Work the dough into a ball adding more water if necessary.
- Knead well for about three minutes. Divide the dough into 6 portions. With floured hands flatten into discs. Cover and let them rest for about 10 minutes.
- Roll out each of the discs flat. Place the wrap in a hot pan or medium-high heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Cover wraps on a plate with a towel to keep them soft and warm before serving. Done!
Although combined with roughly ground oat flour, these wraps are actually quite soft and chewy.
