Ingredients
- 1 cup of oats
- 2 cups of soy milk or milk
- 4 dried dates or 2 tsp of brown sugar
- fruits and nuts
- 4 tbsp of homemade yogurt
- 1 tbsp of homemade caramel
- salt
Instructions
- Heat liquid over medium-high heat. Get it bubbling, but not ferociously so.
- Reduce to medium heat, add in oats and dates, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes until milk is absorbed.
- Add a pinch of salt and stir in fruits, cook for another minute.
- Remove from heat and cool for several minutes. Add extra yogurt and caramel and toast some nuts. Done!
