Ingredients
For the Crust:
- 1.5 cups Walnut
- 2 cups sprouted buckwheat flour
- 3/4 cup millet flour
- 5 dates
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
For the Cashew Cheese
- 2 cups soaked Cashew
- 1/2 cup Kefir (coconut kefir for vegan)
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- salt
For the Top
- 3 apples
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vinilla essence
- 1/2 cup frozen cherries
- salt

Instructions
- Blend all ingredients for the curst in a food processor until they all come together.
- Press the blended mixture tightly in a removable tin.
- Bake in a 200 Celsius degree oven for 20 minutes.
- Blend all ingredients for the cashew cheese until smooth.
- Pour the cashew cheese on top of the first crust layer.
- Slice apples and cook in boil water with maple syrup, salt, vanilla essence until soft.
- Lay apple slices on top of the cashew layer.
- Slice frozen cherries and place in between apple slices.
- Brush maple syrup lightly on the fruits.
