1 hour and 15 minutes/ small loaf
Ingredients
- 3/4 cashew kefir
- 1.5 tbsp. yeast
- 1 1/2 cups buckwheat flour or (1 cup buckwheat flour with 1/2 cup of akzuki flour)
- 1 cup tapioca starch
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
- salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1. Combine everything together, mix well.
2. Pour in tin lined with baking paper.
3. Allow dough to double in size. This takes about half an hour.
3. Bake in 200°C oven for about 45 minutes.
